Madera County Food Bank offers a FREE FOOD GIVEAWAY on the 2nd Thursday of each month at Oakhurst Community Center for Eastern Madera County Residents. The senior bus is for senior citizens 60+ and those with disabilities only, but can be used for a variety of purposes like medical appointments, trips to the senior center, or shopping at the businesses of Eastern Madera County. The Senior Bus costs $1.50 per one-way trip. Call 263-8080 (1-800-325-7433) to make a reservation. Reservations must be placed by 12pm the day before the ride.
